possibly ripped off

I bought the header that sweet_n_fast_customs was selling
here. I sent him a money order a couple weeks ago, and he said he got it on 3/24 he then said that he shipped the header on 3/25. He said that he sent it two day shipping so I should have got it on the 27th or 28th. It is now 4/04, a full week after I should have got the header and I still dont have it. I sent him a email on 3/31 telling him that I didnt get the header, he then responded telling me that he would go to the post office to track the package (indicating to me that he has a tracking number). He has not responded to my emails and PM's since then. I have asked him several times for a tracking number and he wont respond.

This is the second time I have been ripped off from people here. I have been buying and selling things over the internet for over 5 years from countless people and I have never had a problem, until now.

u know somthing mother fucker i sent ur fucking header and i still got the reseipt do u want me to send u a fucking copy or did u get it and u are just say u didnt i sent it two day and i did go up too the post office and bitch ok so if u have anythings else to add email me

You guys have to learn to do better business, and yes you should have sent him a copy of the receipt and tracking number. That way you cover your own a$$ if something like this happens.


And the title is possibly ripped off. He probably got scared when you didn't respond to his emails as quick as you had before.

Yes I do want the receipt. I have sent you two emails and a PM about it and you have not responded. Please look at it from my perspective, I sent you several emails before and you responded right away, now i send you two more and a PM in the last 3 days and I havent heard anything. I was supposed to get the header a week ago and i dont have it. What would you think if you were me?

Please dont freak out, I am just trying to resolve this the best way I know how.

I am sending this to you in a email also.

I don't think you're out of line at all 2old.... I would have done the exact same thing! Not responding to emails or PM's right after you send somebody money would make one VERY suspicious, don't you think sweet_n_fast? Communication is key for a smooth transaction!!

I agree, but then again, calling your customer a mother fucker isn't exactly good business. Communication is everything. Count on it, I wont be doing business with you sweet_n_fast_customs.

It might just be the post office. I've done shipping like that before and it took over a week when it was suppost to be two day. Even stuff that says a week can turn into two or three.

It will probably show. But from now on buy stuff from shops and dealers, not people online.

I think he should scan the reciept and post it on this site. I would be reacting the same way as 2old did. I think the key to being a good seller or buyer is comunication. If you're going to be gone for a few days plz let someone know so the buyer doesnt think you're ignoring them. Hey 2old did you get it yet? Did he give you the tracking number? Ripping someone off is not worth it I wouldn't even consider it b/c this site means too much to me and if I ripped someone off I wouldn't have the nerve to be on this site again.

I would never buy anything from anyone that is a newbie still, unless I know them of course. I'm sure people go from board to board selling stuff and getting paid and never ship stuff. So just make sure you know the person and if at all possible get pics (non copied)

Nope I never got a tracking number. I have asked several times for one but he has not responded.

I sent him another email plus what I have posted here and he still has not responded. I know he hasnt been gone, he has been posting here almost every day for the last week.

Well do you have his address or phone number? If he rips you off which I hope he doesn't, make his life a living hell.

I have his name and address. I can easily get the phone number from that.

Track him down, knock on his front door and politely ask for it. If that doesnt work court action is in order.

Yeah Ghetto is right. You can take him to small claims court and sue. And hopefully you kept the MO reciept.

i now that the situation is delicate but we can't just pick sides. i agree that comunication is key, but i've bought from brandon before and our transaction went really great no problems with anything.

Listen I dont want to take you to court or "make your life a living hell" I never said I would do those things. I really hope that you did send the header and that the post office is the one to blame in this situtation, but untill I get a valid tracking number the blame is on you. Thats just how it is. Now all you have to do is either scan the reciept and email it to me, or just write down the tracking number and email that to me.

I still havent recieved anything (header or a tracking number)
