Camber bolts ???
My dad was just getting the lower and upper ball joints on my car before I get it as MY car... and after alligment on the wheels they realized that the camber was fucked... so they put in adjustable "camber bolts" ... I was wondering if this is all that would be needed when I decide to lower the 3g with some coilovers??? or what excactly is a "camber kit" that is needed to lower the car.??

I am betting money that they are talking about camber kits. How much did they charge you for the parts? All the camber kit I installed consisted of was new mounting harware for the upper control arm that replaced the fixed "axle" with one that had a cam.
These kits are not just for lowered cars. Mine is not lowered and had a negative camber from the day it was new that kept eating the inside of my right front tire.
Honestly, considering how many of these cars have the camber "off" it is practically criminal that camber was not adjustable from the factory!

Ya i think it was like 175$ or something I'm not exactly sure, but I think it was 4 adjustable bolts to go on each wheel so that the camber can be adjusted... Is this all I will need when I lower the car?

Since you now have adjustable camber you are set for when you lower it. As far as advising on the best combination of parts to do THAT, Jim's the man.
