Is it possible to get 195/60/HR13 tires on my stock 13" wheels? I saw some Sumitomo tires that looked like they'd do quite nicely on my car, as I lack the cash for new rims.

You do know that 195/60-13 tires are quite a bit smaller in diameter than the oem 185/70-13 tires? A full inch smaller diameter, 4.2% under or a 57.5mph reading at true 60mph. Just a FYI
I think you might be able to get away with it. How wide are you stock rims? 4.5" or 5" I think their 4.5", but I'm not sure, I never looked at mine to see for sure.
If you go to tireracks site and look up the specs for 195/60-13 tires, in those specs they will show you the minimum rim mounting width's. If you can't find info on tireracks site, go to the tire makers site and they will have the info.
Which Sumitomo tires did you see?
i don't think you can fit 195 tire on 13" rim. i think max width is 185 for 13"
plus if you gonna go with 195/60 tire, why not get stock 14" rims.
I upgaded mine and my car handles a lot better.
If someone's selling some 14" rims, I'd get them...oh well.
