does anyone know were we can get a crank shaft pully that will workon our accord but is lighter or doesnt have AC and PS pullys on it?

This doesn't make much sense. First, it's not like the crankshaft pulley is all that heavy. Also, Honda spent millions of dollars engineering/balancing their engine to run with that pulley. If you don't want a/c or ps, then just take the belts off and call it a day.
