need suggestions for me 3g LX

Hey all

ok heres the deal

i have this 3g wich isn't far from being road legal. it looks like someone parked it for 12 years..its got NO rust on the roof/hood etc, but the rockers and fenders were rotten off, even were the front door hinges mount was rotted, anyway most of that is fixed aside from patching the hole in the trunk and floor

now, what should i do? i have limited $$ (college student) so i have to get the best band for the buck when making improvment descisions.. i figured i'd focus on going fast before looking pretty, so what could anyone recomend when it comes to improving the engine
OR
should i focus on appearence and get paint and/or tint and or security

i just do'nt know were to start

since your accord is an LX, that means its carbed so you cant do much performance wise besides maybe put a weber carb in or do an EFI swap.....

yah i hear thats not too easy either, although it would be nice what with the canadian winters i go through.....how much $$ do you estimate it would take for and efi swap?

(btw my LX has 186k on it so no one tell me to swap! although a b16 would be nice :-D)
