Any Idea How To Work With Wiper Motor?

ok, have u seen an 83-89 Isuzu Impulse? or a Jaguar with the single wiper that goes all the way across the windsheild? well thats wut im trying to do with my 3gee. the single wiper that a lot of people have done isnt good enough. i want it to span across the whole windsheild. do any of yall know how to make it work properly? will i need a new motor or just work with the gear thing inside? i wanted to do this since i have some time to do it. so anybody know about doing this? i know it can be done.
