About those manual racks (again)
I went to the junkyard today and I found some manual steering racks (was only available on the 86-87 Canadian Hatchback model)
It turns out you have to change the Cross member to accomodate the different steering box (that's what the guy at the junkyard to me anyway)
So for those that wanted a manual rack, you would also need the Cross member..
A trip to Canada seems to be the cheapest solution to get that conversion done. If not shipping would be around 50 to 60 bucks I guess
