stock about 125 - 130... but I suggest fiddling with the ignition timing and flipping the carb air cleaner lid.
Max I've done with mine was 118 mph. I'm completely stock except for the Civic shortram intake. I've never ran it in the quartermile so I wouldn't know that. I've seen bass ran his LX-i sedan and he was running low 18's with I/H/E.
