I have a hard time finding actual K&N clamp on filters in stores... they tend to only sell the drop in filters.
I have one at my parents' house, I believe. It didn't have a clamp, so I had to be inventive. I don't use it anymore.

If you have trouble finding one from members, Pep Boys, Checkers, Auto Zone all carry them I believe. If you have those stores...
that is the hole point. i don't want to pay $49.99 for the filter.
