Paint help.
I'm looking to paint my burgundy Accord. What do you all do with the molding etc? Does it get replaced before painting? Where do you find replacement molding, etc? If I decide to change the color what happens to the door jams? Do you recommend changing the color? TIA

If you change the color you can paint the door jambs also. It just requires either taking the interior door panels off or some very creative masking. You can reuse a lot of your moldings if you remove them very carefully. Other wise honda should have them. Honda is a bit expensive for parts so you can hit up a junkyard. Personally I don't like burgandy however, it is your car. If you like the color don't change it. If you don't like the color change it. Painting the jambs takes a bit of work so be prepared if you do it yourself.
