Glove box light
SO....i fixed my gloovebox rattle only to find another problem with it. It seems that when the headlights are on the glovebox light also stays on too. It seems that the lid doesn't close up far enuf to actually flip the switch. Any ideas on how to fix this?

take out the light in the glove box :)
or find out where the switch is that turns off the light and glue a piece so that your glove box hits the switch when not quite closed

yeah rig up a small piece of metal or plastic that will press the switch when you close the glove box. It may just be a matter of tightening a few screws.

I think I remember reading about that problem here:

It has other exciting info too! :D

Try using one of the little self sticking rubber bumpers you can buy at Radio Shack. I used one in each corner of the glove box door on mine to stop it from rattling and you could stick one in the right place on the lid to press the switch button.

replace it
