When was the last time you did just a little tune up spark plugs, cap and rotor, fuel filter etc.?

Since when do tunes up include compression tests? It is possible for a shop to include that, but then it must have been a pricey tune-up. What were your ratings for each of the cylinders?Quote:

maybe his DIS is twisted? so it shifts faster ? lol .... i remember i did that to my 86 celica GT so i can take off on EVERYBODY and ANYTHING alot faster .. but only got me going around 80-90 .. lol .. so maybe that is up

do i just go to the mechanic and say" i need a compression test"? by the way how much does it cost? Also let me mention that my accord was reawakened. Meaning that it was lying in my front lot for two years straight. When i decided to drive it, I took it to the mechanic and he just put in a new head and the car was born "again". Would by any chance those two years have affected my cars speed??
