I have been wanting to polish my brothers valve cover for his prelude and I have no idea how to go about doing it....I tried using a Dremel around the edges but it just scratched it up real bad....I want it to look like this.

Talk to Hybraid87. He polishes 3rd gen valve covers as kinda a side job. I'd ask him how much he'd charge if you sent me the cover. He does and excellent job and frankly it's pretty difficult to do yourself as I'm sure you've noticed.
