I was in a conversation with a local fellow 3geez' er and he said it might be easier to use an efi stock manifold than the stock carb one, anyone tried using a stock efi manifold for the custom? the motor is a stock carb in my 87.

I'll go compare... though the angle of the runners near the ports make me want to say no... however there may be more meat on the manifold.
anyone find out more about this? i was looking at my efi intake the toehr day with it apart and looks as if it mite be modded to fit a carb with aome custom work done.
Lol, so thats what I went outside to do... I hate amnesia.
Guys...
I'd like to know as well. I need to replace my carb for this B20A since the old one is shot. I already have an EFI manifold off an '89 LXi.
Also, whitch Weber carb are we talking about and where can I get one?
Oh.. And thanks Mike for checking!

The carb manifold is better suited, it doesn't have injector bungs that would have to be pluged up. With either manifold you're cutting the runners off anyway and just using the flange.
