Prelude Tranny/ A20 swap

My ride is an 84 Accord LX hatchback. I'm seeking out options for my G2 Accord Hatchback swap. I'm told that A20 is the only real option without major axle/motor mount problems. I've also been told that the old G2 tranny from the ES2 will match with with an A20. But I'm thinking of going with a rebuilt G2 Prelude Manual Tranny, will that mount to an A20? Any DOHC suggestions? I'm trying to stuff any/all G3 Accord parts and G2 Prelude parts into my car that are compatible, so I can have a little more aftermarket compatibility. Any ideas?

I know for a fact the 84-87 prelude si tranny will bolt right up to the a20 fi. Has great sporty gear ratios with a little bit of a gas guzzling over drive. You could swap the fifth gear though, maybe with the accord fifth.

The g2 axles wont fit into the si tranny, you need a 1.8 tranny if you don't want to make custom axles.
