Hey guys, i was just wondering what type of grease or oil whatever i should use in my prelude arms? I just got them and one of them spins fine, you know, the two circular rod things. But the other one i can't even move in a circle...? I got them apart but don't know what type of grease lubricant i should put in there? Any ideas?

Use a thick silicone based grease, its what I used on my calipers, and if its good enough for the calipers..why not for other parts :) Dont use the spray stuff, that wont cut it, it just runs off and it doesnt have the thickness you need.

A'ight Nate, thanks. I went to Advance Auto and got some valvoline multi purpose grease made for what i'm doin. Pretty cool and it says it's petrolium jelly, YUMMY!!
