88 factory vs 97 factory radio

Hi, I know its strange but I want to put 97 Accord factory radio to my 88 3g. I want to keep original look of the interior - that's how I am... It seems like it has the same wiring, size and almost the same look plus cd changer connection. The question is - does it sound good? By "good" I mean better than stock 3g radio?

yeah it should be much better. It should plug in and be just fine. Please note that only pre 98 will fit, after 97 the plugs are different.
