first off, does the 85 prelude 2.0Si share the same engine as my Lx-i?, second, can i use the tranny from this car for my lxi?
and lastly, is it possable to use the half shafts (cv's) from the lude on my car?

Yes you can use the engine and tranny, no you can not use the driveshafts.
There is a shitload of little things you can use. Like the Fuel pump, relays, harnesses, bulbs, shifter, linkages, the list goes on and on. You can mount the lude seats to your rails. Basically the suspension and body is differant.

can i use the axles if i swap the tranny?
because i plan on converting my hatchie to 5 speed with the lude engine and tranny, because there is only 6 miles on it since rebuild, and i havte having an auto hatch
Sorry but you need to get Accord axles. The Prelude ones are not the correct length.
