well with my crappy microsoft paint skills..ive come up with a sketch of a sort of what ive been thinkin for hte past week or so
how would this look if someone acutaly did it..kinda seems cool to me...if anyone can do a cool photoshop of this...it owud help a lot

the red accord down there looks too odd. taking headlights from a 97-01 car that is much sleeker and modernly styled and puting them on a 3rd gen accord...i dunno, it just doesn't look right. it takes away from the 3rd gen look. if i were to do a headlight or taillight conversion on a 3rd gen, it would have to be a light system from a car of the same relative time frame. a modernized 3rd gen just looks, well, it doesn't look modern. and it doesn't look old either. it looks out of place. i guess. i don't like it.

Personally I like the pop ups on our cars. Without them they look too much like an old 1970's civic.
Is that a monza frontend? lol I dont like it cause our cars are pretty good just the way they made them, popup lights and all...
how about something along the lines of delorean style?

hey, that custom headlight setup on that white prelude is something i saw a while back and thought would be cool on my 3gee. i'd try that if i could find some headlight lids that were in good condition. ah, maybe i should try that. that wouldnt be too hard to cut off the piece of metal that the "eye brow" sits on. finding a good light to put in there wouldnt be cheap because there's always ones you find at most parts stores, but their light pattern doesnt go far AND wide, its usually either one or the other in the small lights. although i was going to buy a set of projector driving lights and see how their light pattern goes. that would be cool to put some nice projectors in a little setup like that prelude.

I think this is something we need to seriously look at in terms of getting the right lights .... I want this mod!
Some peeps seem to want the popups gone, personally I don't care.. but this is the only reason I would want to change!
So if anyone knows what we could use for lights (legal) pls post and hopefully I'll have the dough to get it done
i always thought that if done right, the two driving lights on each side would look sweet. But the thing that gets me is everyone seems to be using the round lights. If i was to do it i would either take lights from the mid 90s camaro or grand prixs cuz they are rectangle and would fit and look a lot better IMO
