nice....
is that a sticker? and tell me how it runs, they're like 30 minutes away from me, I think I'll just run down there and get one reground
Ya gonna put it in before the meet? I'd like to hear what the engine sounds like and see the gains you get with that bumpstick. I've got Openloop, you're pimpin a Delta... someone's gotta have a Colt at the meet. Might have to do a little comparison :D
Excellent piece!
is there only one company that makes an aftermarket cam for the a1 and a3?
your question has already been answered.Quote:

what are the specs on that bad boy? do ya mind sharing the price? tell us when you put it in. hope that adds a little kick in the ass.
when installing a cam the best way to get the most out of it is by installing oversize valves and porting and polishing the cylinder head....otherwise it isnt really going to do much. that is coming from info on a 22r, but the 22r also has shitty porting in the intake and head....dont know about the a20 but I'm sure a good P&P wouldnt hurt
my dad has an '87 toyota pick-up with a 22r motor... he has problems with the valve hitting the valve cover which is wierd....
nice cam, i want to get one soon
It's a 272 grind and mine would be $53.00Quote:

Great buy on the Delta cam. :)
man i wish i had some extra cash to pull that off...damn brokenes...cool dude...tell us how it is when you get it in
Well there is a difference between getting a company to regrind and actually buying a new cam, there is only one place that I know of that sells a new cam... tell us how it turns out.
well the total cost was $105.60 with $30 core charge. So when i return my spare cam i will get $30 back.
it is 272 grind. it took about 1.5 weeks to get to my house.
this is a mild grind. i was thinking about wild one, but the guy said it is not for daily driver. so i just stick with 272 one.
anyway, i can't wait to install it.
PS. sorry Sabz, i won't have any of the parts installed before the meet. since i have only 2 days left, and i work 8 hours, there are no time for me to install them. plus i want to do nice job in the engine bay. i figured if i am going to install them, do it ones and do it nice.
theres a sweet ass cam in the pic and you notice lotion? :thumbdown :uh:Quote:

man, people in this forum notice the smallest things in every pic. I'll look at the pics and someone will say something like "what kinda dog is that in the background " or " did you notice the lotion?" I ALWAYS have to go back and be like, what? some good eyes on this board
it is not the lotion. it is a shampoo.
Who sells new cams?Quote:

well, it's not colt, delta, or open loop. I didn't know Crower and Comp did a20 cams.
