h22 adjustable cam gear

I was wondering if an h22 adjustable cam gear as the right amount of teeth to fit our cars? Just a thought because i want to but an adjustable cam gear but the group buy thing seems like it fell threw

I think it has been look at before. The only one that come close is the F22 cam gear and it is just a little too small in diameter and one tooth off from working. One guy said he was able to get it to work, but I don't know how???????
