Cheap Motegi's!!!

I checked out these cheap motegi rims at Pepboys today. They are a creamy silver (Dont know what name is for it) and they are 10 Spoke. Umm 14" (Which is what i want, dont ask... Performance) is only $60! so im gonna try and get a package or something with tires and installation for cheap. So now my options for major mods are: New paint job, or rims. Paint job= $300. rims... like $400. is it worth the rims? i have the ugly charcoal grey color and i need a change.

pain job $300? where are you going to get it? and please don't tell Maaco because for that price it will peal in less than a year. they won't even sand or fix your dings.
a good quality paint job will cost you in somewhere $3000 or even more.
