Hey I dont have any pics but my 1986 DX 4 door Has BA in the model slot of the Vin, and all the Vin Codes post that I have search shows only CA as a model for a 3gee accord.Quote:

Strange.. In europe they're only CA's, must be unique for you yanks then :)
i've read here or somewhere that in 86 the ening'e name's were different and some were still produced in 87.
then like half way during the year of 87 they changed it to a20.
That was "BS" for carburetors and "BT" for fuel injected. Also a unique thing for the USDM market. In europe they were A20's all the way from 86 to 89. Both carbs and FI.
The 86 hatch had a ba code I think
