89 lx rebuild

well tomarrow im gettin an 89 lx, however it doesnt run, all i know is that the engine over heated and isnt in running condition, and i believe the tranny is fine. I was just wondering if you guys could steer me in the direction of a rebuild kit for cheap, the complete kit, timing, oil pump and everything for under 400 possibly, i also dont know if its efi or cab

yea i was wondering about that, i wasnt sure, so are the lxi's the only one's with efi?
