taillight leak/ tranny noise

Anyones 3G tail light leak? (the one in the fender) I pulled mine out and full of water, not sure if the lens is cracked or if its the seak from the gasket to the trunk. What should I do?

Also My transmission is AT, I just got the car with 129k mi and when its cold and i go from P to D i hear a loud Thug from under the car but it seems to drive ok and shift ok. My honda dealer said this is supposed to be normal, Is it?

I also have a tail light leak although its not at severe as urs. I think the best thing to do is just replace them.
