Since I haven't really modded the engine I'm using OEM replacement from Advance Discount Auto "WearEvers"
Don't over spend for unnessasary rotor upgrades to soon.
I have Brembo's in the shed waiting to be put on when I get the engine/suspension the way I want it. :bowrofl:

Best place I've seen for prices on Brembo Blanks. I am about to get myself a full set front and rear from there. :)
now about pads...
I've got a line on cross drilled/ slotted rotors for round $100 shipped. To me anyway, someone elses shipping may be more.
They are zink coated also, won't rust and will always look new. I can give you his e-mail.
so brembo only makes the drilled or slotted rotors for 88-89? that sucks for me. that means i need bigger wheels and calipers so i can fit them in. and can someone explain why the slotted rotors are more then twice the weight for a pair?Quote:

You are comparing a DX rotor to 88-89 LXi rotor.
The single for 88-89 LXi is larger..which is the same diamter as the slotted and those weigh 12lbs each
12+12 = 24, that is alot closer to 27. Don't know why there is an extra 3lbs but one can guess can't they?
If you don't have any engine upgrades done or aftermarket rims to showoff rotors I would just go with stock replacements for now. But it's your call.
thankz for the info my geez
