It's on the TURBO FAQ
It's the Mosselman turbo log... they supplied manifolds for Accords... that particular one is in a lude with an A20 I believe or A18... the other one is on an A20 accord in europe or Aus or NZ or something.
I update the Turbo FAQ as much as I can to include new things I find... so make use of it... it took a lot to get all that sctuff'tageda :)

That one there is on a 86 Prelude. There is a cardomain website for it. Check on Preludepower.com in the 2nd gen section for it.

I tried to look into it and the comapany moved and does benz stuff now so chances are they wont touch it. That is a nice cast manifold and would be great to get if someone is willing to bug them or find the right person in the company that knows what they hell your talking about.
Worth a shot if your willing to spend some time calling etc.
For someone in the US it would, for me it'd be far too costly. Better off looking locally for a custom exhaust fabricator, there's plenty around here.
