My car is green now (no 56K)
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
paint looks tight on those rims man.
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
looks good man, I like the lip.
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
Are those factory corners tinted w/spray tint?
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
That paint looks good, i really like the color. Especially with the black wheels.
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
So you live close to Vancouver Wa.????
Thats awsome. I used to live around there.
As far as your car go's ......
Looks Fantastic, really diggin the color.
My only beef was it looks like a real cheap paint job.
Like Macco, i took my Civic (when i had it) to Alpine on Mill plain
but i think.... wait... there is.
There's an Alpine auto body on 4th plain as well, they did a real great job on my car.
but then again mine was just a color match for the front.
Love it though.
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
all i said when i saw this was wow. thats very different but its quite likeable. i think that looks great. if i might ask. why'd you use an 86-87 rear bumper? looks good
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
body work looks like shit and the paint is single stage looking. but other than the color making it look dirty all the time it's great!
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
dude is that olive green?!?! it's hella nice, i want that color in a coupe, really nice.
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
so to answer a bunch of questions lets start from the top..
yes those are factory corners tinted using nightshade
it is a medium paint job... in that we did all the work ourselves... it is a single stage paint. It still needs to be cut and buffed out then i should look a little better
The rear bumper is the 86-87 because i wrecked a my car a while back and that was the only one we could get locally at the time.
The color is Nissan Canteen Green.
Thanks for all the comments guys
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
they are ARC wheels... i bought them from another member on the board... they used to be gold but i painted them myself
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
in my opinion that 1step paint doesnt look bad at all, buff it and wax it and i bet it will look just as good, if not better, then any 2-3 step paintjob that you pay a shitload for.
Really clean car, im in love lol... and i think i found the color i should pain my car when i get it redone :P :P
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
hey don't be stealing my color!!! just kidding.
It looks really good in person... and ya with a buff and wax it should look great
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
looks good with the black rims. although it seems more like a color scheme i'd see on a jeep than a 3g. but nice nonetheless. the whole thing makes the wheels and tires look much bigger than they actually are. could scare people with that.
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
Looks good....any interior or motor pics???

he said comments, not hating. i think it looks tight except for the rims they are a little strange looking kinda fat or something, but i think some clean black 5 spokes with chrome lip would set it off the paint nicely. keep savin up the money :)

Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
looks good. that really should have been a factory color, seeing how good it looks on the car.
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
Nice front lip....Whats that off of??? It looks good!
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
Zeph (Zufer) is one of the coolest and most genious/gifted 3geezers around. His suspension setup is fanfuckingtabulous and his car handles probably better than anyone elses. Quite amazing indeed.

Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
dude i love the color, but i think a nice clear coat or even wax would make it jump out more. unless you were going for the military look in which case i aplaud your attempt. anyway, i also (jokingly) want to say...it blends into the background very well! lol

Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
I have seen the car in person, have to say nice car and cool guy to hang out with. Need to have a spring meet.
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
Thanks for the comments again... it always feels good to get compliments on my work. Once again the car hasn't been cut or buffed since the paint... so that should get it lookin a little nicer.
The lip is a stock 94-95 accord lip... i really wanna upgrade to something else but only when i have some extra money
Like i said earlier i'll take some pics showing my mods later
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
I like it...you should bring it to the Seattle meet....
Re: My car is green now (no 56K)
