I just finished tinting these about an hour ago. I hope it doesn't rain. That's about 5-6 coats of smoke tint I got off ebay. Stuff works pretty good. I cleaned the lenses w/ alcohol and then acetone. Hope it doesn't peel too soon. I left the reverse lenses untinted.:)

Good job on the tinting, but I think it will look better if you tinted all of them. I know that would defeat the purpose since you paid for the aftermarket tails. Or you can just clear your stock ones its not too hard. Still good job man.
Thanks. Yeah, I was looking at the photos and was thinking the same thing. I still have the stock tails so I might tint those later. Or maybe even tint the red part of the aftermarket tails. that might look nice. For now I kind of like the look so I'll take some time before I decide.
Yeah i finally got my taillights in yesterday and I'll see if I can get some pics of them tomorrow on here. It took about two months for everything to work out but it was worth the wait.
So what ya going to do w/ the trunk lights???
I couldn't resist so I tinted my stock tail lights tonight but ran out of tint. I'll post pics of them on the car after I finish the other side.
Here's what the stock tails look like w/ about 4-5 coats of smoke tint sprayed on. I left the rectangular section untinted. The lights shining through are from a ceiling fan. I haven't decided if I like these more than the clear/red tails. Hmmmm. Maybe tinting the red part of the clear/red???? I just don't know ... yet.
Any opinions?????? :dunno:

Well I shaved all but the reverse lights in the middle when I body kitted and painted my car. It's kind of hard to explain but hopefully me and Bullard123 can post some pics of them
