having trouble finding a wireing diagram

I just installed my pioneer deck and found out that the constant power feed to the radio and the clock dont work. the white\yellow wire has no power at any time. i cant trace it back very far and i cant find a wireing schematic to show me where the wire goes. is there anyone out there that has posted the diagrams? Other than that wire all the others are working fine.

It goes to a 23 connector blue plug under the dash to the right of the steering column, then to a 7 connector wht plug at the under hood fuse box, fuse 11.
