Is this a good price for an 88 LXi?

$400... It has roughly 240k on it, doesn't have any major body damage, interior looks 18 years old, shifts good, runs ok(has clogging CAT) and suspension seems to be fairly intact.

I own an 87 LX was just looking for a donor car for a FI swap and some body parts etc. Or a car to modify for weekend fun runs. :D
