it does look sweet... offer him 1900...and take off that wing from the back and put a 4th gen one... maybe you can rebuild the engine to make it perfor as it looks
even with the body kit, it's not worth that. it would have to have one hell of an interior to be worth even $1000, considering the engine is in need or replacement.
He needs to come down. But atleast it's not a shitbox. I'd get it.
