compression?? info?? please??

ok i did a rebuild on my a20a1 86 carbed accord sometime last year(ran great). anyway since then ive put alot of hard miles on it(racing messing around ect.) but the other day i missed a second gear shift and redlined real bad since then the upper end isnt as powerful as it should be. i ran a compression check to find scarry low numbers. 125 +or- like 10lbs is what i got dry,, with 2 tablespoons of oil in the cylinders i get over well over 200 .. i think my rings are quite toasty i was wondering if some of u guys would post ur compression test results so as i could get an idea of where most of u are running.

I have 180psi on all 4 cylinders. I rebuild my engine 2 years ago. I drive hard ones in a while.
Sounds like you need to take the engine apart and start from ground up.

i have 154 on avg across the cylinders. 125 is a little low and i am sure its lower than the service limit.

ahhhh poop:wtf: not exactly great. thanks for the imput guys (guess its time for another rebuild) ,,,more preformance oriented this time. it'll give me a chance to put a lude tranny in. gonna have to wait thou i gota get paint and my exhaust fixed(flexpipe is fu#ked) wanna do some research on a new header and muffler to.
