My Suspension/Wheels are all stock on an '89 Sedan LX-i. My right front tire wears super-fast on the inside tread. All other tires look normal. Tires are Falken Ziex; stock size, IIRC.
Any ideas? :/

only reason I could think of is that you need an alignment.....could be the air pressure also
Get an alignment ASAP. I had it done a few years ago for about $40 (one time in its life), and it helped a lot. A lot of things can mess it up.
when the tires wear on the inside, that's called toe wear. if they wear in the center and not the sides, they are overinflated, if they wear on both sides and not the center, add some air!
but i would suggest an alignment ASAP.

mine is wearing fast in the exact same place... inside right front tire... i guess ill need to get an alignment
Would'nt that be negative camber??Quote:

It IS negative camber. Mine did it from the day it was new until about a year and a half ago when I put an Ingall's kit on the front right upper control arm. My camber was only at -1.4 degrees, but it was enough to wear off that inside edge. Even rotating crossways I would end up with worn off inside edges before the rest of the tire was worn out. Now everything is wearing nice and evenly. Paid $75 for the kit. It was well worth it.
Roger that. Thanks guys! :)
