It shouldn't, tint lays on the inside of the window.
That's what i thought also, i just thought maybe the scratchs would show alot, so i guess im tinting the LX:)Quote:

Yes the 89, im hoping to do it, i will look closer for scratchs as soon as it's off the jack stands(axle replacement). I only noticed scratchs on the outside.Quote:

Also check w/your local laws, some tint is toooo dark for them :D
I dont trust anyone to change my oil here in New Orleans. There's a shop here that seems like a nice shop, im guessing they know they regulation but i'll check.Quote:

i cant see them on here but u guys might but there on the driverside window ill snap i shot in the morning
im also thinking of tinting my car...i got quoted 150 bucks....i might get 20% in the back and 50% in the front.....my DX has no tint and i got pulled over last night.....talk about an adrenaline rush.
if they're big ass scratches you might want to get new glass before you tint but otherwise i wouldn't worry bout it. even if they are more visible the benefits of tint would outweigh them imo
i'll get a pic for you guys of the scratchs.
these scratchs are on the outside

my car has ones just like those. the tint somewhat hides them unless the windows get dirty or something. but looks pretty normal. you're gonnna get the tint done by a shop or something right?
yes of course by a shop, im still undecided to do tint and not replace windows, or to replace them:huh: it wont bother me if i see them.Quote:

sorry to threadjack, but wouldnt the tint get scratched up tho, because the windows are scratched? mine has quite a bit of scratches, and i wanna tint too, but i dont want my tint to get wrecked
