the valves are probably a bit diffferent when it comes to size.
the cams are totally different. the B20 cams each have 8 lobes on them while the A20 has 12 lobes on it

Even if they fit or not, at your age it would be best to take your head to a professional machine shop to make sure they have proper seating. There is valve height & so forth that is involved with the valves beyond your experience trying to get it right.
