if it isent one thing its another

so my laurel blue 89 was in the shop for its oil leak well they wanted like 1300 to fix them, yes them there were 4 leaks, valve cover gasket, dizzy seal, oil filter mounting gasket, and the rear main seal. so i broke it down from worst to least and only fixed the worst, lucky the remain seal was small and not as important as the dizzy seal and valve cover, well they wanted like 600 to do the 2 and i was like how much for the valve cover, 190 is what they said , i was no ill go buy the 10 buck part and do it myself, so i got the repairs down to 320 and they also fixed the heater witch wasent working due to a missing clip on the control cable , well we go that done and it fixed most of my smoking prob i had now it only does it like once every half hour instead of it being constint lol,

well anywas today my girlfriend is taking her kid to school and some one backed into the right side rear corner, she said it was jsut the light and dident notice the large dent on the rear quarter panel and good thing we have insurance and so did the lady lol any was heres a pic

dude...i changed my valve cover gasket...it was not hard at all...just make sure to dab some gasket sealent on the corners... so they hit your 88?....if you take it to a body shop they will rape you out of 400 bucks....so i just went to the junkyard and got a light and didnt bother to fix the dent..lol

no they hit the 89 lol
im gona have them do an estiment then talk the car back and just have them do the dent lol or ill try to do it my self, lol but im gona just get a new light when im done lol

that and we got all the ladys info so it should cost us a dime

damn you paint has hella faded then...lol

no its just hella dirty and its not really bright out

well now im on my laptop and it look more blue...lol

That does look a little faded to me too. My car always looks real blue on camera, yours looks almost greyish blue. Please dont pay $190 to fix the valve cover leak, that is one of the easiest things to fix on the car. I did it in 10 minutes tops.

oh no im not i can do a valve cover mysefl i alredy bought it im goan do it this weekend

oh and in person its def blue its just dirtey and i used the flash when i took the pic also its real muggy out

I wish it was muggy here. Its in the high 30's right now, and getting colder.

Yeah Virginia is not as bad as the Northeastern states. I love the 4 seasons we have, because I like change. Fall and Spring are beautiful here. Winter is not that bad, the lowest it gets here is maybe below 10, never below 0. And snow is something you guys dont get. Thats a good and a bad thing lol.

we get snow just at high altitude and i used to live in portsmouth well i was born there and lived there like 2 months then my dad got transferd back to cali

Portsmouth, VA? Thats in southern Va, I live in Northern Va, like 30 minutes from Washington, D.C. That area (Portsmouth, Newport News, VA Beach) is nice though. Very windy lol, but nice.

Serious, that rear main seal is going to fun to change if you do it yourself.

well he said it wasent serious so i think im gona wait and see after i change the valve cover gasket, im just trrying to smog it and dident want it leaking all overthe place and making big smoke clouds in the smog shop lol
