New Look - Photoshoot (56k, no way)
Well I just got a new hood as some of you may know, and decided to give the panda a whole new look by painting the hood, and headlight covers black. That paint job isn't the greatest, seeing as how this is my first adventure with an actual spray gun, but I'm happy with it for now, might get it professionally painted in the summer depending on how this paint holds up. Let me know what you think!

If I can become good enough with a gun by summer, I will sand and shoot the area below the trim, for the true panda look. :P
Thanks for the comments!!

Re: New Look - Photoshoot (56k, no way)
hey man.. a few tips on taking pics since you mentioned you wanted to learn more..
if you're going to have the car offset to one side in the pic, it's better to leave the space in front of the car as opposed to behind it.. like in these pics:
http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a1...000_3625-2.jpg
http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a1...000_3620-2.jpg
http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a1...000_3621-2.jpg
the car looks like it's driving off the side as opposed to driving thru the shot. it's best to try to compose the shot so there is leading space in front of the car but if you end up with a shot that you like but there's not enough space in front, you can crop the image so the space in the back is reduced. cropping is also good for some of the shots where the car needs to dominate the picture just a little more such as this one: http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a1...000_3622-2.jpg
you also might want to play with brightness and contrast settings somtimes, as well as the curves tool (which is like an advanced brightness/contrast settings).. especially in the black and white shots there's not a lot of definition between the background and the car. that might have been due to low light though :\
overall though some good shots.. just need to add the finishing touches
