Re: Help With Valve Train Info
you know you can use the prelude 1.8 et valve springs...they are stronger than the a20 ones. some say they are safe to 8k RPM
Re: Help With Valve Train Info
what do you mean by seats valve seats or spring seats? If valve seats why would you want new ones unless old ones are damaged. Spring seats why not just get the springs made to the ones you have? If you want double valve springs then just get exhaust spring seats as they ahve double springs as standard and use them on the inlets, then all you have to do is get new springs retainers made up to fit.
Re: Help With Valve Train Info
By seats i meant retainers.
Dont know why i used "seats".
And only if i break one would i replace them likely.
also 8000 rpm is a but below my preferences and build.
Re: Help With Valve Train Info
I wish i could help you with this, but i don't have the proper tools to measure with. I am interested in the results though and would like to have the parts to improve my motor.
Re: Help With Valve Train Info
I bought a few measurement tools and will keep you guys posted.
who knows, maybe they have something on the shelf that is the same size.
