Thinking about a Satin Black Paintjob.
Well guys after reading this whole thread: http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread/1512837 , I think I want to paint my car Satin Black for the time being. I guess I'll probably start off using the Krylon Semi-Flat rattle cans, and see where that leads. I know prepwork is everything so I should hopefully start on that soon.

Of couse Skyline is professionally done though.
Re: Thinking about a Satin Black Paintjob.
My paint right now just has too many dents, dings, scratches, fading, mismatching, etc. I kinda want to find something to unify the car a bit and.

ooo, well at least your car looks nice in the pics lol

The car looks great as it is, unless are you are just a master of the photoshop.

wow thos satin black paint jobs came out really nice
Re: Thinking about a Satin Black Paintjob.
Go for it, if you can do it right with rattle cans. Poorly done flat black car = meh.
Satin should be better hiding any flaws from rattle cans compared to gloss paint though.
