JCCS 2008 - Japanese Classic Car Show - Oct 12, 08

Alright, well I know this is a long long ways away from now... But the JCCS car show is one that I have been dying to attend since they started it a few years back and this year I probably won't be taking many courses in the fall and will be able to try and make my way down weather permitting. I don't like that it's in October this year instead of September, but anyways...

Just wondering if anyone else would want to go to the show, and anyone... (hint: cheeseburger) want to possibly enter the show with me... They say its for 85 and older cars I think, but I have seen first gen crx's, and first gen integras in the show too that are past 85, and my car should be ready by then.

I'm going. I was just talking about this with my friends today. Looks like fun. Also going to the Motoring J-style show in San Fransisco on the 24th. Japanese car shows FTW.

ill be going :D Our cars qualify to enter the show also. The 86 models were 1st sold in 85 to that makes them eligible for the pre 85

maybe in future shows we could bend rules up to 89 for all the 3geez to come and have like the 3geez.com section of the show hah

yea and if you really read this show is for pre 85 cars. so you could register your build year of 85 3gen, but not an 88 EDIT: im stupid it says for later models after that build year so thats sweet =]. still probably wont be ready to go with my hatch til next year around

I'm still here, but not for too much longer. My Accord is getting put up on stands and stripped down sometime with in the next month or so. Maybe i'll go on the 12th, if i'm awake after Halloween Horror Nights. I'm working until about 4:00am.

I ended up running over something on the freeway not too long ago the played ping pong under my car. It took a chunk out of my tranny(now leaking from who knows where) dented my catalytic, put a dent in the floorboard, a hole in my exhaust and dented my gas tank. I was PISSSSSED!!!! but when it comes down to it, why am I going to put that money back into it, when i've got my 90 civic hb thats perfectly ready to go(except for a cracked windshield). So, time to let here go. I've been busy with Halloween stuff, but I should have parts coming off it soon(if everything goes as planned).
