fuel pump has pressure but not at filter!!!!

ok so i took the intake mani off so i could get to the freeze plugs. ive got everything put back together and now im not getting any fuel to the filter. what the hells goin on? any possible clues would be greatly appreciated.when i prime it i can open the gas lid and it has pressure.

Um...restricted line?

i was workin fine time i put the intake mani and everything back together didnt even mess with the fuel line im gonna try and figure it out in the morning
