Get under the car and check if the bolts are still there that hold the bumper to the supports.
yeah^, or pull it off and just start hammering the metal stuff till it gets back into shape, then stick it back on
The bolts that hold the bumper in are the same bolts that hold the rear tow hooks on. Make sure they are there and in tight.

im not exactly sure what the problem was. i fixed it with about 4-5 zip ties that are now fully functional and very well hidden from any angle you look. just a temporary solution until i can do some welding or get a new bumper. but it definitely looks like a sexy 3g ass again :flash:
