86 accord dx

I was checking on the treads haven't seen anything about my problem. It is a 86 honda hatch DX Carb.Well here is my problem hope someone can help. When the car warms up. It hesatates/jerks when the rpm gets around 2000 to 2500 rpm. It doesn't do it when it is cold or if you get down on it. I replace the spark plug wires and spark plug. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a bad EGR valve but could be a lot of things.

could be lots of things. what all have you tried?

Checked hoses,sprayed out carb w/carb cleaner.Thats about all so far.
