Almost new member from Quebec/Canada
I have joined the forum in 2004 but as you can see, I did not post much! I am a little shy to write in a language that i don't know very well. :blah: Donc vous aurez deviné que je parle français! :)
I met some of you yesterday at the "Flipped" East Coast meet. Unfortunately I do not officially have a 3 geez but as you know, Carotman and I shared a 87 hatch before he began his restoration project.
Maybe one day you will see both of us with a 3geez.
So my car is a 1998 Accord with H22a4 engine instead of F23a
This is when i bought the car, too low for winter (streets not always clean here) Headlights not street legal, did not like the wheels much..

So now its running with b&g springs on Koni Yellow SP3 struts.
Acura TL Type S sway bars and front strut bar.
17" Enkei RS7 gunmetal.
Megan racing header
5th gen Prelude cluster
Obd-1 conversion
Hawk hp+ pads on brembo plain disk.
Red clear taillights (not on pictures) and blackhousing headlights.
Magnaflow exhaust that will be replaced by RSX type S exhaust soon.
I probably forgot something but that's about it!
Here are some recent pictures of my car

We have shitty road... worse than you can imagine so we don't lower our cars much because it would be suicide! :(
Re: Almost new member from Quebec/Canada
how does Jeff feel about having a slower car than his woman?? lol j/k!!! car looks great...nice and clean.
and your english is fine!! :)
Re: Almost new member from Quebec/Canada
I had the help of Jeff and on-line translators to translate my text hehe.
I believe that he lives well with the fact of being slower than me, otherwise he would have changed his too restrictive exhaust before! :P
We make approximately the same time on the quarter of mile(i do 15.3 and he does ~15.5 with his old intake (not the giant edelbrock), my car is really but really heavy! I call it in french my "paquebot" like a big passenger ship! So with another exhaust I believe he will be a bit faster than me! But for the moment i can make fun of him :B

considering how much heavier that 6th gen is that is actually pretty impressive. looks like it has a/c and p/s. sounds like a perfect daily driver with some go and all the creature comforts.
Re: Almost new member from Quebec/Canada
Yop I have p/s and a/c. I'm only missing the cruise control, it was removed during the swap because I don't have the right TB. :/ oh well!!
So, yes its a good daily drive! I got space, comfort, equipments(everything except sun-roof and heated seats(wish i had these!!)) and finaly a little power to enjoy the ride, have fun to go to work or grocery haha :blah::D
I love my car but I miss the 87 hatch! The mugen suspenssion is probably going on this car. :naughty:
