www.tirerack.com or www.ground-control.com call either one of them and ask them for the address to send a check or money order. I know tirerack will do it.
Did you try and talk to anyone on the phone at shox? I'd think they'd be willing to deal with a check or money order.
I got mine from urbanimport.com, they are $245 shipped for the fronts. I dont know how that compares to other sites though.
