where can i look for prices on a full webber conversion? New would be nice, but if there is used from trustable people, i would consider that too. and is the conversion a simple take out, put in?

You can search the FAQs to see the list of places you can buy a weber, Carbs.net, and nopi are the ones that come to mind right now.
The Weber carburetor is easy enough to install, just follow the directions.
You just need to get it tuned properly so that it runs right.
