has anybody ever attempt to do a coil on plug on the 3geez? What are the steps in doing so. I believe I saw a turbo 3geez that had coil instead of his/her distirbuter. Any information is welcome?

I was wondering the same thing. Coilover ignition would be awesome. There's a couple things I'd like on my engine. Some kind of electronic ignition, serpentine belts, aluminum block. The question becomes if it's worth trying to mod the old engine, or drop a new one in there. Probably option 2 is the way to go.
yeah its a cool set up but i think chris still has the 4th gen distributor adapter plate so you can go obd1
