change a auto to a 5speed

Does any one know how hard it would be to change my 87 Honda accord dx hatch to a 5 speed tranny the motor is a
DX -- L4 - 2.0L 1955cc type A20A1 - 2BBL GAS SOHC

if any one know what it would take to do it or links for how to do it or what parts are needed please let me know
