Not Starting!! Help

My car has been having problems for the past almost 3 months already. I recently change the fuel pump and filter, I brought a brand new battery too.

I heard when you put the ignition to the first click or 2nd that the CEL supposed to come on then go away after a few seconds. Mines doesnt come on at all, only the oil and battery light.

I have spark the problem is fuel, everyone told me to change the fuel pump that it went bad, i did that lastnight and still nothing! im running out of ideas! Maybe the fuel pump relay/EFI main relay???

Can you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key 2? If not I would check your fuel pump fuse. if that is ok I suspect your main relay needs to be replaced.
